Abstract

Inflammatory disease of female genital organs is one of the most urgent problems of modern gynecology worldwide. The biggest risk for the health has an inflammation of upper genital tract.

Within the clinical forms of inflammatory diseases of the female genitalia lower genital tract is the most important specific infectious vaginitis: bacterial vaginosis, vulvovaginal candidiasis and Trichomonas vaginitis. The paper describes approaches to their diagnosis and treatment.
